EZ Offer simplifies the process of creating and submitting real estate offers. After signing up, you gain access to a user-friendly dashboard where you can input property details, buyer and seller information, and other transaction specifics. The platform formats this information into Real Estate agreements, ready for submission.

EZ Offer was created to solve a problem many brokers and realtors face: training new agents and managing the flood of paperwork. The real estate exam teaches rules and theory, but it doesn’t prepare agents for day-to-day deal execution, showings, and contract paperwork.

Forms in EZ Offer are pre-built for residential, landlord-tenant, lease, and sales transactions, with clear guidance for each field. Users can enter information once, generate agreements, and send them for e-signatures efficiently. This reduces common errors and minimizes the need for back-and-forth corrections.

EZ Offer allows you to quickly generate agreements by entering the relevant deal details into simple guided fields. Once completed, the system automatically compiles the information into a formatted document that can be shared with the parties involved in the transaction.

 

When generating an agreement, you will enter the email addresses of the parties who need to sign. The system then sends the document to those recipients so they can review and electronically sign the agreement.

During the agreement generation process, you will be prompted to enter the email addresses of the appropriate parties. It is important to verify that the correct email addresses are entered so the agreement is delivered to the proper recipients for review and signature.

Once all required parties complete the signature process, a finalized version of the agreement is generated and typically delivered to the involved parties for their records.

EZ offer has dozens of forms and is growing by the day. Right now we have over 50 forms and expect to have over 100 forms by Q3 2026. So far we have forms such as the following.

  • Residential Real Estate: Offers, purchase agreements, leases, disclosures, counter offers, and necessary addenda.

  • Commercial Real Estate: Agreements for buyers, sellers, and commercial leases.

Yes — depending on your tier:

  • EZ Core / EZ Contracts: Most common forms for residential transactions.

  • EZ Complete: Expanded forms including leases, short sales, addendums, and specialized agreements.

  • EZ Commercial: All commercial and business brokerage forms, plus CRE agreements and templates.

Yes! EZ Offer includes forms for residential, commercial, and specialty transactions (depending on your tier). You can select templates based on the deal type and state compliance requirements.

Absolutely. EZ Offer forms are pre-built and streamlined with conditional logic to make filling them faster, but you can still complete every field in the full form if you need — which is faster than any PDF platform you’re probably using. Many forms also include extra clauses and additional term lines, allowing for full customization, unlike many CAR forms where these fields may not even exist.

Compliance & Brokerage Questions

Yes. While some brokers may require CAR or MLS forms for specific transactions, our forms are fully attorney-reviewed and compliant. Always check your broker’s requirements before submitting, but EZ Offer forms are legally enforceable, similar in legal terminology and substance, and often more efficient.

Yes. EZ Offer forms are built to be industry-standard, legally recognized templates. They provide a solid foundation for residential agreements, sales, leases, and subleases.

 

CAR forms are broad templates meant to cover lots of scenarios. For example, the CAR Team Agreement includes detailed provisions about family member carve-outs, team names, successor agents, and other clauses that many users do not need, do not want in their agreement, or which can be confusing to clients and agents alike.

Not every deal requires all of that language, and in many transactions, including it can make the contract harder for both you, your broker, and your clients to understand and sign.

In short: CAR forms have their place, but they are broad, catch-all templates. EZ Offer forms are drafted with precision — so buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and agents aren’t signing around language they don’t need, don’t understand, or that could create confusion.

CAR forms are designed primarily for brokers and realtors who want a standardized process, but attorneys and professional transaction advisors often don’t use CAR forms. These forms are just one tool, not a legal requirement.

CAR (California Association of Realtors) forms are not state-mandated. Brokers and realtors are used to them because they’ve historically dominated the market, but you are not required by law to use CAR forms for a valid transaction.

EZ Offer forms are professionally formatted and widely accepted, but each brokerage or MLS may have its own rules. We recommend checking with your broker or listing service if you plan to submit forms on their platform.

EZ Offer is a tool to help you with your career. Simplifying paperwork is part of what it does, but not all it does. You will benefit tremendously from the features in EZ Offer regardless if you do one transaction the whole year. 

EZ Offer does help you with paperwork, however, and simplifies contracts with its own forms. Yes, it would be wise to ask your broker if these forms are acceptable when you do an actual transaction. Some brokers may require CAR forms for certain transactions, which you can still access through your traditional MLS tools. EZ Offer doesn’t replace your broker’s requirements, but our forms are fully compliant and attorney-reviewed, often saving time, reducing headaches, and helping deals close faster.

It’s a good idea to verify with your broker before using EZ Offer forms. That said, brokers should consider that CAR forms are not state-mandated — they are templates drafted by attorneys for use in MLS transactions, not inherently more protective than what EZ Offer provides.

While EZ Offer provides forms to help streamline your transaction, hiring a real estate attorney is always an option for additional protection.

  • If you are a broker or realtor representing a client: Most brokers successfully complete transactions using standard forms and procedures without involving an attorney. EZ Offer provides professionally formatted, industry-standard forms to make this process simple and reliable. You may still choose to have an attorney review agreements for complex deals or unique circumstances.

  • If you are a FSBO or non-professional: Using EZ Offer forms gives you a structured foundation, but an attorney can provide guidance to ensure all legal requirements are met.

Many attorneys use their own documents rather than standard CAR forms, depending on the specifics of a transaction.

No. EZ Offer is not a law firm. EZ Offer provides guides and tools to assist with document creation and transaction facilitation. For legal, financial, or real estate advice, always consult licensed professionals.

Transaction information submitted through EZ Offer is processed through a highly robust platform that has secure infrastructure. It is delivered to the email/s associated with your submission. Documents are typically provided as downloadable PDFs so you can store them in your own transaction management systems. Please be sure to enter the right emails with each form/agreement as those emails will gain access to all the data you enter in that particular form (i.e. to capture your client’s signature).

Yes. EZ Offer’s systems are designed to protect sensitive client and transaction data. While no system can guarantee 100% security, these platforms use encryption and secure cloud storage, and your documents are delivered directly to your email for additional control.

 

It’s important to maintain the security of your login credentials and email accounts, just as you would with any online service. EZ Offer is not responsible for security breaches resulting from compromised passwords or email accounts.
