  • The forms and platform content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They were developed under the supervision of independent California attorneys and licensed real estate professionals.

  • Use of the platform does not create an attorney-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship.

  • EZ Offer California is not a party to your transaction, and we do not review, approve, or guarantee the legal sufficiency of any document.

User Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for performing your own due diligence, consulting your brokerage and/or licensed attorneys, and ensuring all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • We cannot guarantee that all forms are perfect for every transaction, or that they will comply with your brokerage’s rules or with California law in every circumstance.

2. Platform Purpose & Limitations

  • Forms are simplified and attorney-supervised to improve clarity, fairness, and usability.

Limitations:

  • We do not provide legal advice, replace your MLS subscription, or guarantee acceptance by any third party.

  • We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays caused by user input or document transmission.

  • Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all documents.

3. Security & Technology

Forms & Signatures:

  • Our forms and signature process are powered by trusted third-party technology providers to deliver agreements efficiently and securely.

  • Completed documents are delivered to your email as PDF attachments, ensuring direct control of your files.

Data Security:

  • Data is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud, following industry standards similar to Dotloop, Form Simplicity, DocuSign, or HelloSign.

  • While we use widely accepted security practices, no system can guarantee 100% security, and you are responsible for maintaining account passwords and email security.

Compatibility:

  • EZ Offer is not integrated with MLS or brokerage systems, and is not a replacement for any existing tools or subscriptions.

4. User Accounts & Usage

  • Access is provided for one user per account; sharing credentials is prohibited.

  • Use is for personal or brokerage-approved purposes only; commercial resale or redistribution of our forms, templates, or software is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or refund, for violations of our terms or improper use.

Billing & Subscriptions:

  • Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are subject to the billing cycle in effect at the time of your request.

  • Any changes or terminations may require reasonable processing time before taking effect.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • All platform content, forms, software, and documentation are owned by EZ Offer California / Jarbly Venture Labs LLC and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our forms or software for commercial purposes.

  • By using the platform, you agree not to circumvent, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform, forms, or third-party integrations.

  • You agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without explicit permission.

6. Third-Party Platforms

  • Some functionality (e.g., e-signatures, document storage) is provided by third-party services.

  • We do not control these services, and are not responsible for their performance, data handling, or compliance.

  • Users assume all responsibility for interactions with third-party platforms.
